Here is some of the level design work I ‘ve done.
Paradisus Island
The first screenshots you see here are from the Unity engine in which I had 30 days (using the pro trial) to make as impressive of a level as possible while learning the engine. I decided that Unity’s strong point was its ability to have lots of trees and good-looking water so what better way to show it off then to make an island level demo.
There are two scripts that I have running in the actual demo which you can see in the video. The first script is, Volumetric clouds rotating and moving around the worlds center point. The second is a buoyancy script on the boats to simulate realistic movement in water which you can also see in the video,(thanks to Unity’s forums for help on both scripts).
High Noon
This map is a small deathmatch map with a western theme to it. It was made by a small group of us who designed, built, and optimized it for a school project. I was the lead on this project and I helped put the level together as well as modeled and textured some of the assets in the level.
Mountain Base
This is one of my first attempts at doing a strictly outdoor level. I decided to keep it small and focused as I noticed you see way to many UT2004 maps that are just gigantic.
Pirates Cove
Pirates Cove is a hidden pirate base made for UT2004. All of the 3d models as well as all of the textures were made by me. I made this level for fun to see what I could do.
